We’re delighted to be running our Seed Swap again at next year’s Potato Day.

We welcome:

• Vegetable, Salad, Herb and Flower seeds
• Home-grown seeds, in envelopes or labelled bags
• Bought seed packets, unopened or part-used
• Organic or non-organic seeds
• Within use-by date or slightly out of date
• Locally grown or exotic!

If you’ve no seeds to swap, you can take some away for a small donation.

This weekend Veg on the Edge will be taking part in the annual festivities at Saltaire Christmas Lights Switch On, presented by Saltaire Village Society.

There’ll be a variety of stalls and local groups present as well as refreshments, entertainment and children’s activities.

We’ll be selling hand-crafted stocking fillers and goodies to raise funds, and generally spreading the veg gospel. Come along and say hello before heading outside for the grand switch on and carols at 7pm.

Free event, just turn up.
