Roast Cabbage with Cheese Sauce

1 white or red cabbage cut into 3cm discs
2 cloves of garlic, more if you like garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
50gm Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 200c / gas mark 6. Crush the garlic with the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with black pepper and salt, if wanted.

Place slices of cabbage on a baking tray and spoon over garlic mix. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Turn cabbage over, sprinkle over some Parmesan cheese and continue cooking for 15 minutes.

While the cabbage is cooking, make a cheese sauce with Parmesan or cheddar cheese or any cheese you have. Add a little smoked paprika if you like it.

Serve cabbage with cheese sauce over it – Yummy!
