Raspberry Crumble Cake

6oz plain flour
4oz porridge oats
4oz butter
4oz brown sugar
Jam, 2 spoonfuls of any kind
Raspberries, cupful
White chocolate, buttons or grated

Preheat the oven to 160c / gas mark 3. Rub butter into flour and oats, add sugar.

Press three quarters of mix into a square baking tin, spread with jam and dot with raspberries, crumble over remaining mix.

Bake for 25 mins, sprinkle with chocolate and return to oven for 5 mins. Cool and cut into squares.

Also good with blackberries and dark chocolate, or plums with milk chocolate!
